Goal 2: creating materials (PDP)
By the end of TP year 4 from February 07th , 2016 until March 15, 2017 I will create materials to suit different learning style (visual, auditory, kinesthetic to facilitate learning and focus on learning by doing.
Core Objectives for Goal 2:
“Learning is the process whereby knowledge is created through the transformation of experience”
(Kolb, Kolb, 1984, p34).
For teacher:
According to Kolb different people naturally prefer a certain single different learning style. various factors influence a persons preferred style. for me as a teacher using different learning can assess to create an environment more suitable which everyone can learn, not just who use teachers preferred style. And using several teaching resources and innumerable learning style can help pupil learn more effectively.
chose this smart goal because for me as a teacher I should put in mind how to create an effective classroom and garneted each student can learn and achieved the outcomes of the lesson through different skills and technic because each pupil prefer a suitable style .

For students: - help pupil learn more effectively because brain structure is working different from person to person during learning.

Description and Justification of Students Work:
This strategy for grade 3 learner because they have to read articles, stories, journals etc. from different resources such as newspaper, magazine, books. then write a small description and what did they learned from it in a poster and stick it on the display . Or bring a strange news or scene or fact and share it with the classmate to converse it .
This strategy would help all learners (visual, auditoria, and kinetics) because each Sunday we conferred what did they brought. Almost younger learner like to share unfamiliar information’s or facts.
Because of the life works and being far from the newspapers and magazines I profess that I’m learning from the students and knowing new facts and information’s that’s I don’t know. This strategy increased the rate of the learners’ participation and speaking skills. Till now MST, Students are comfortable with this strategy and exited to learn.
At the end learners will collect their works in a folder and create their own fact and fiction book with different topics. Thus, their curriculum is talking about facts and fiction

For example: the unit was about count and measure ,
I managed an outdoor measurements activity as a competition between class groups. Learner measured different items in the playground and recorded readings .
The next unit was about fact and fiction , learner set in group, read a fiction and non-fiction story and summaries it . then chose one topic and did a play in front of a classmate . each day one group showed us their play. our unit now is about our green earth . learners divided for two groups. One group stacked posters and captions at the school . the second group grew flowers in the garden.
Learners enjoyed learning by doing because it improves their learning kills through the school community. And because they can link it to their real life.

Some displays help children decode unfamiliar words. For example ,This is a display of literacy in English writing and it helps students with writing, help children value their own writing and increase children’s investment in learning. The students can come up and take one card from the file to help them in their writing. E.g. the letter V = vocabulary, p = punctuation, c = connectives, o = openers . Interactive use resources. So,it help to scaffolding for children’s learning and It’s for grade 3 .

Goal Two Evaluation :
I chose this smart goal because for me as a teacher I should put in mind how to create an effective classroom and garneted each student can learn and achieved the outcomes of the lesson through different skills and technic because each pupil prefers a suitable style . I applied different learning style through my lesson to make sure each student will learn and understand. I recognize the most suitable styles for younger learner with different teaching aids because use of tools and materials attracts the attention and increases the motivation of students. my plan was to use different teaching aids to help students gain many skills and to interact because younger learner tends to physical learning through moving, hearing, watching etc. for example for the visual learner I used different aids such as video , flash cards, pictures . to attract them because this type of learner motivate by seeing which will increase their learning outcome . another example is music which attract the auditoria pupils and make them involve with the lesson .On the other hand the realia which are an example for the (kinesthetic style that can excited pupils to interact and get involve.
I chose these three styles of learning to give each student the opportunity to gain more knowledge because each student may have a different interest in certain subjects.
