Philosophy of Education
Description and Justification
The teaching philosophy is becoming a more common part of academic life for both faculty and graduate students. As a graduate students I must develop my teaching practice through my own teaching values, beliefs, and goals , provides evidence of your teaching effectiveness and provides a set of criteria and standards to judge the quality of my own teaching.
here is my own philosophy statement (TPS) in year 3 . it has some misconceptions , and after reflections and feedback from my teacher I learnt how to create my own statement .

Professional Development Plan - PDP
Description and Justification
As a student teacher, one of my main focus is to created my professional development plan (PDP) for self-development and develop my skills and abilities required to achieve the goals. thin, I Build up my goals using an effective strategies.
The PDP assessment is to make a plan for ourselves weak sides, plan for corrections and methodologies to do that then apply it to improve ourselves as teachers.
My PDP Goal contains 3 main goals which I applied in Semester 7, and built up them in semester 8. Each goal has a certain strategies and objectives that I wanted to achieve, with a specific teaching competency related to the goal which would help me to achieve my goals.
My PDP focused on three things which are;

- measure students understanding level through applying various types of summative and formative assessment.
- Create materials to suit different learning style (visual, auditory, kinesthetic To facilitate learning and focus on learning by doing.
- Using positive reinforcement to manage student behavior in the classroom.

Reflection:

READING LOG OF CHILDREN LITERATURE
Description and Justification:
According to EPR 2503 which focus on literature and reading . One of the course guide is to read 30 log of fiction and non-fiction books. Reading is important for a variety of reasons. Firstly, Reading is fundamental to function in today's society. There are many adults who cannot read well enough to understand the instructions on a medicine bottle. Secondly, Reading is a vital skill in finding a good job. Many well-paying jobs require reading as a part of job performance. Books, magazines and even the Internet are great learning tools which require the ability to read and understand what is read. A person who knows how to read can educate themselves in any area of life they are interested in. We live in an age where we overflow with information, but reading is the main way to take advantage of it. Reading is fundamental in developing a good self image.

presentation show in-depth knowledge and understanding of a
chosen special educational need (SEN)
Description and Justification:
According to EDU2802 course with Ms. Maria McMillan I was focus on reading 12 different disabilities and write a reflection on SEN. Then choose one need and do a presentation and explain it then write an essay .
I choose an asthma because asthma is spreading in many area and between many learners and my sister has asthma so i want to search about it more to be ready for any suddenly issue.
this was a great course and the presentation helped me to learn how to deal with different disabilities in the society and in the classroom for any emergent issue such as asthma , hyperactive, downs syndrome, etc... because my believe is the teacher is the mother , the doctor , the sister, the helper, the friend.
the course was a talent for me and i learnt many strategies to deal with them, and I learnt a health definition , and scientific concepts. I learnt many values and the most thing I will not forget is ( don't say special need people , respect them and said person with disabilities)

Reflection :
Special education teachers work with children who have emotional and physical disabilities or learning problems. In year 2, I learnt skills to deal with special needs children such as social-emotional skills to improve student learning. I did many researches , presentations and wrote some reflections to learn an effective strategies and methods to deal with them.
