Reflection:
Today, we know more about teaching than we ever have before. and as any future teacher , we know why classroom management skills are considered a critical part of teacher training. The reason we need to minimize “misbehavior” and get students to show up, sit down, and pay attention is so we can teach them stuff. in year 2 I learnt an effective strategies to deal with misbehavior .Teachers can establish clear expectations for behavior in two ways: by establishing clear rules and procedures, and by providing consequences for student behavior.

Each of these topics had two activities one for low ability student and the other for medium-high student. Examples of these topics were; Addition, Subtractions, measurements types, etc. There were also physical game traditions between every 3 booths that were as barriers for competitors. When each student solve his problem of the math activity, we put a tick that he passed and able to move to the next stage. It was totally fun, motivate, educated and valuable.

An Example of the Math Olympic:
reflection :
this was my first time to participate in an events linked to the Teaching Practice . My classmate and I worked hard to received Ibn Dhaher students . My duty was to create a transition between each activities. For doing a perfect Olympic I did some research and it was a great job. I learned how to plan for these kind of competitions and I saw how was effective on motivating students to study math and solve mathematical problems in fun way. Although they were moving from activity to another, they were having fun and still earns knowledge that will be long lasting in their mind comparing with regular lessons in the classrooms, Also, when I was planning for my two activities, I put in my concern that these activities will be suitable for low, medium and high level students. Differentiate activities is important to meet with the child's ability and then improve to the next level. Being one of the leaders for this even was valuable that built my leadership skills which will help me as teacher to manage my classroom in future. And I learnt from my mistakes that I should avoid them in future. These mistakes improved my thinking skills to solve problems and how to be professional to fix them properly.
